Refunds:
Full refunds will be provided for cancellations received in the tournament
office in 1540 S Coast Hwy Ste. 206 Laguna Beach, CA 92651 by 5:00 p.m. on
or before September 15, 2009 less $100 cancellation fee per person.
Cancellations received after September 15, 2009, but before the close of
normal registration on October 1, 2009 will be accessed, $200.00 dollars.
For any cancellations between October 1, 2009 and October 8, 2009, Full
payment will be accessed.
All refund requests must be received in writing at the tournament office.
Please allow 10 days for the processing of the refund request.
Cancellation Policy:
No
refunds or exchanges will be made if tournament is cancelled or shortened
due to weather or nature. |
