Each team will use one-half of the team’s total handicaps, i.e.
Player A is 10 and Player B is 16 for a total of 26 therefore, one-half is equal to 13.
In another example of Player A is 5 and Player B is 14 = 19 half would be 9.5 and then rounded off to 9. The team ADJUSTED handicap determines the number of stokes each team get on the 18 holes. 20 is the maximum team ADJUSTED handicap.

• Male amateurs tee off from White tees
• Women amateurs tee off from Red tees.

After selecting the BEST drive or (BEST first shot on the par threes) REMEMBERING to use the required number of drives from each player, each players hits one shot each for their second shot and continues to play the best shot of each TWO PLAYER team until the ball is putted into the hole… NO GIMMIES.

The final score for each hole is recorded by the opposing TWO-MAN team in your foursome. They record your GROSS and NET scores and you record their GROSS and NET scores. At the end each team must verify the correct scoring for each hole and that the TOTAL is correct by signing and attesting on each card.

Prizes will be awarded to closest to the pin on all par threes…longest drive on hole 7 (hole 13 for women) and straightest drive on hole 14 (hole 6 for women).

Desert rule – A ball played into the desert, may be brought back out of the desert and dropped within two club lengths, no nearer the hole, of the point in which it last crossed grass with a one stroke penalty. A players ball must be found, identified and in bounds before applying the desert rule.
